SFPA - Slovak Foreign Policy Affairs

Membership

Membership of the SFPA can be acquired by individuals as well as by bodies corporate sharing the interest in enhancement and intensification of foreign-political contacts among persons and institutions being engaged in foreign policy in Slovakia and abroad. The membership is optional, open to everybody without reference to any political or religious affiliation.

Your membership will support the institution of a distinctive specialization and you will acquire following benefits:

  • Invitation to all regular SFPA events (Jour Fixe, Modern Foreign Policy and Debating Clubs) where you can receive current information from the area of foreign policy, science, economy or journalism. Our usual guests are ministers, MPs, ambassadors, analysts and journalists.
  • Invitation to special lectures, exhibitions and presentations.
  • Journal Foreign Policy, which is the only Slovak expert periodical with particular focus on foreign policy, international relations and wider political science issues being published in Slovak. The authors are renowned domestic as well as foreign analysts.
  • Daily access to our library and electronic database of publications and articles

Membership fee

Individuals: 26,60 € (801,35 Sk) per year – students 13,30 € (400,70 Sk), pensioners 10 € (301,30 Sk).
Bodies corporate: 830 € (25.004,60 Sk) per year.
Honorary members: Persons adopted as members by the SFPA general meeting.

Conversion rate: 1 € = 30,1260 Sk
