CEEC XIX will once again bring together policymakers, experts, and stakeholders to address the most pressing energy and climate challenges facing Central Europe. The 2025 edition will focus on decarbonization with purpose—strengthening security and fostering regional leadership in the energy transition. Key themes include ensuring reliable energy supplies, advancing renewable and nuclear solutions, and developing innovative strategies such as Small Modular Reactors and geothermal energy. The conference will also highlight the crucial role of cities and regions in implementing climate action, from circular economy initiatives to climate adaptation and resilient urban planning.

With the new European political landscape and evolving EU policies, CEEC XIX provides a timely platform to discuss how Central Europe can play a more proactive role in shaping Europe’s energy and climate future. By linking high-level debate with practical regional perspectives, the conference seeks to generate solutions that reinforce energy security, competitiveness, and sustainability.
