EU enlargement – focus on economic and social solutions

The first chapter consists of general remarks on the role of trade unions 10 years after the fall of the Berlin Wall. The second chapter includes reflections on the situation in Slovakia in 1999 in terms of preparations for the pre-accession talks, employment and social issues, also in the context of the pre-accession talks.
