Migration and the Roma: historical, social and political contexts

Alena Kotvanová, Attila Szép (eds.)

The publication contains a set of recommendations for stakeholders at all levels aimed at eliminating the conflict potential not only of the migratory movements of some Roma, but also at cultivating public debate on the problems of Roma communities as a prerequisite for positive changes in this area.

The publication, which is the final output of the two-year project Preventing Racially Motivated Conflicts in the Slovak Republic, was financially supported by the Endowment of the United States Institute for Peace.

The publication is available in Slovak language only.
